Most of our services are on a private or semi-private basis, taking away any feeling of intimidation or discomfort. That also allows for our clients to get the most out of their time here and maximize their results.

Personal Training: Always done in a one-on-one setting and in private, our personal training sessions are tailored to fit your specific needs and goals (senior fitness, weight loss, sports training, etc). Nutrition Guidance: Nutrition is the biggest piece of achieving a healthy lifestyle, and it’s often the most neglected. At Matlacha Wellness, we create healthy eating plans for our clients. Semi Private Group Training: at Pine Island Center with Health & Fitness Coach Michael Lindsay. Whatever your health and fitness goals may be, Matlacha Wellness small group training works with you every step of the way. Our programs include free weights, bands, body weight, stretching, and balance. With our help you will live longer, healthier, and happier. All of our group training includes a nutritional program. This class is designed for beginners to advanced, and should be accessible and enjoyed by most.
Mindfulness Classes: Mindfulness teaches us to use our natural mental facilities of attention and intention to improve our lives in several areas: better sleep, mood and energy levels, less negative judgment and anger, better ability to relax, to name a few. Learn more here.
